Sinoway has been the AV partner of Manulife since 2013, offering the latest AV/IT solution.
The Challenge
In its newly updated Shanghai, China headquarter, the global project management company had a dream to create an unforgettable experience of a corporate space to their customers and to use their 26-seater boardroom to showcase state of the art audiovisual integration on video conference, team collaboration and centralized control of BMS and AV equipments.
The Approach
Starting form design phase, Sinoway offered a customized solution to both of the main goals for Manulife headquarter. The idea was to really bring a “wow factor” to the corporate space with easy-to-use digital technology that could communicate the brand’s lively and professional personality while making internal collaboration between physical locations a lot simpler.
Sinoway used several site tours, demos and conversions around needs and wants to propose a design that was both functional and inspiring.
The Solution
Sinoway customized AV systems for 16 unique spaces and configured communication capabilities for distribution of digital content to displays on each floor.
The audiovisual system includes projection system, VC, central control integrated with BMS, meeting room booking system, interactive panel and distributed audio and video system.
Integrated a dramatic video wall that displays the company’s passion, and to help create brand awareness and alignment among internal stakeholders.
